Groups we already run the web for
We’ve built for groups with anywhere from a handful of practices to more than two hundred locations. Here are some of those stories.

Fifteen vendors down to one
A dental support organization that grew by acquisition, running 37 practice websites.
- Their problem
- Thirty-seven sites were split across fifteen vendors. Their marketing director had backend access to seventeen and DNS control over seventeen. Changing hours or a provider bio meant working out which vendor had that site, finding the credentials, and following their process, while staff queued up behind her.
- How we solved it
- We spent several months tracking down credentials, negotiating access with each vendor, recovering DNS control, and moving sites onto consolidated hosting. Where a contract was still running, we documented the site and set a transition plan for the day it ended rather than forcing a fight we would lose.
- What they have now
- Twenty-seven of the thirty-seven sites are with one partner now, and a content change goes live within twenty-four hours of the request. Regional staff have one route for asking, so the marketing director is no longer the bottleneck between a location and its own website.

A backend their own team can run
A hundred and thirty dental practices under one brand, taken over from another agency shortly after launch.
- Their problem
- The front end looked finished. Underneath was a page builder the marketing team could not work in, and a Yext integration built badly enough that location data drifted out of sync. Routine updates, the kind that should take a minute, meant calling someone.
- How we solved it
- We repaired the Yext integration, stabilized the backend so ordinary updates stopped breaking things, and reshaped the CMS around how the team works rather than how the last agency built it. Their specialty brand, Leading Edge Specialized Dentistry, went onto the same platform.
- What they have now
- Location data syncs, and the marketing team makes its own updates without a ticket. A second brand runs on the same platform, and the group is on enterprise hosting with a support retainer and real analytics behind it.

Level AA across the portfolio, ahead of the deadline
A vision care network with its practice sites already running on one shared platform.
- Their problem
- HHS raised the accessibility bar for healthcare websites. AVP had reached WCAG Level A, but Level AA meant every site in the portfolio, against a fixed date. For a group whose sites are spread across different vendors, that means buying remediation one site at a time.
- How we solved it
- Their sites already shared one platform, so the AA work went into the templates, the components and the navigation once, and every site inherited it. Nothing had to be found and fixed site by site, which is the part that costs everyone else.
- What they have now
- The portfolio is at Level AA and cleared the deadline ahead of schedule. New locations open compliant rather than joining a queue to catch up, because the standard is built into the platform instead of into each site.

Twenty-four sites onto one foundation
A dental group running twenty-four practice websites, one per location.
- Their problem
- Twenty-four practice websites were spread across different platforms and vendors, each with its own design, stack and analytics. Nobody could say which locations drew the most traffic or where the marketing spend was working, because no two measured the same way.
- How we solved it
- We moved all twenty-four onto one WordPress multisite over six months, about four a month. Each migration kept the location’s own branding and put a shared platform, a consistent structure and one analytics view underneath it.
- What they have now
- Analytics compare like with like across every location, the structure is consistent enough that benchmarking is possible at all, and the marketing team has far less operational overhead than twenty-four separate vendors demanded.
