Butterfly Effects
PHI off the website, and leads and analytics working again
A healthcare provider that moved its hosting to us and brought a compliance problem with it.

Their problem
When we took over hosting, we found a large amount of protected health information stored on the website itself, a serious compliance risk. The Salesforce integration was broken and analytics weren’t tracking correctly, so nobody had reliable numbers on site performance or lead flow.
How we solved it
PHI came first. We mitigated and secured that data in line with HIPAA requirements before anything else changed. Then we repaired the Salesforce integration so leads reached the CRM, and fixed the analytics implementation so the numbers could be trusted.
What they have now
The PHI exposure on the website is resolved, leads flow into Salesforce, and analytics report accurate performance data. The site runs on stable hosting under ongoing management.
