Premier Dentist Partners
Four sites back under Premier’s control in about a week
The same dental support organization, with four practice sites still held by an uncooperative vendor.

Their problem
Four practice websites were still with a previous vendor who wouldn’t cooperate with a standard migration. Premier’s marketing team couldn’t change the sites or move them, and the vendor had no interest in helping.
How we solved it
We used our emergency replatforming service to scrape all four sites and rebuild them on infrastructure Premier controls. The rebuild was quick. Getting DNS access took longer than the technical work, and once it came through, all four launched the following week.
What they have now
Premier owns and controls all four sites, patients saw no downtime during the switch, and the vendor relationship ended cleanly.
