American Vision Partners
Level AA across the portfolio, ahead of the deadline
A vision care network with its practice sites already running on one shared platform.

Their problem
HHS raised the accessibility bar for healthcare websites. AVP had reached WCAG Level A, but Level AA meant every site in the portfolio, against a fixed date. For a group whose sites are spread across different vendors, that means buying remediation one site at a time.
How we solved it
Their sites already shared one platform, so the AA work went into the templates, the components and the navigation once, and every site inherited it. Nothing had to be found and fixed site by site, which is the part that costs everyone else.
What they have now
The portfolio is at Level AA and cleared the deadline ahead of schedule. New locations open compliant rather than joining a queue to catch up, because the standard is built into the platform instead of into each site.
