Twenty-four sites onto one foundation
A dental group running twenty-four practice websites, one per location.

Their problem
Twenty-four practice websites were spread across different platforms and vendors, each with its own design, stack and analytics. Nobody could say which locations drew the most traffic or where the marketing spend was working, because no two measured the same way.
How we solved it
We moved all twenty-four onto one WordPress multisite over six months, about four a month. Each migration kept the location’s own branding and put a shared platform, a consistent structure and one analytics view underneath it.
What they have now
Analytics compare like with like across every location, the structure is consistent enough that benchmarking is possible at all, and the marketing team has far less operational overhead than twenty-four separate vendors demanded.
