We took the site over, gave it a visual refresh short of a full rebuild, and worked through the broken elements one at a time until the experience was stable. Maintenance and hosting stayed with us after that.
What they have now
The design is current, the broken parts are repaired, and one partner handles its maintenance and hosting. Updates happen without their team chasing them, so their attention goes to patient care.
