How Archway Dental Partners Launched Two Custom Practice Websites on a Compressed Timeline
A fully custom build for two Archway Dental Partners practices, launched on Archway's original target date without access to the prior vendor's backend — even after a late scope change split one site into two.

Advanced Dentistry of Scarsdale, an Archway Dental Partners practice with a second office in Chappaqua, had a site locked down by a previous vendor that refused to release access. Archway couldn't update content, couldn't run ads against it, couldn't even see what was under the hood — a situation familiar to most DSO marketing leaders.
What We Did
We pulled everything publicly visible from the old site, worked with the Archway team on what Scarsdale actually needed, and rebuilt from scratch through our accelerated custom site build service. The result is fully custom: brand-matched design, mobile-first because that's where most dental searches happen, and hitting the technical bar we commit to on every launch — Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, WCAG 2.1 AA. The project ran on about four hours of Archway's time, compared to the dozens a typical custom WordPress build burns through. Two days before launch, Archway asked us to split the project — keep Scarsdale and Chappaqua on separate domains to preserve each office's local search presence. We cloned Scarsdale, reformatted it for Chappaqua, and launched both on the original date.
Why this matters for marketing leaders
A custom web build has a reputation: slow, calendar-devouring, and still somehow generic when it's done. It doesn't have to work that way. Custom can ship fast, match your actual brand, and hit the technical numbers that matter, without owning your team's quarter. And if your current vendor won't hand over the keys? That's a problem with a solution.
