TR Recovery Group
Four facility sites under one partner, with the ads still running
A behavioral health group with residential and outpatient facilities in Arizona and Texas, and a website for each of four.

Their problem
The four WordPress sites had collected security gaps, slow mobile pages and too many plugins. A performance marketing agency was running ads against all of them, and the internal owner was about to go on extended leave. Nothing could change in a way that interrupted the campaigns bringing in patients.
How we solved it
We audited the main facility site first and found an F on security headers, no two-factor authentication, debug mode on in production and a mobile Lighthouse score of 33. We moved all four sites to our hosting without downtime, coordinated the switch with the ad agency, and started on the fix list the same week.
What they have now
Two-factor authentication is enforced, debug mode is off and security headers are in place on every site, with the plugin load cut back. The ads ran straight through the migration. The team has one person to call, same-day answers and a shared sheet showing where retainer hours go.
